Interim testing--
During the next few weeks will will be implementing practice testing for the Smarter Balanced Summative Assessment. This practice test is called the Interim Assessment, and its primary purpose is to help our students to be prepared for the Summative Assessment that will take place after spring break for 11th graders (ELA and Math) and 12th graders (Pilot test for Science). We also use the Interim Assessment to ensure our technology is working properly and our teachers are prepared for the Summative Assessment process. An added benefit of the Interim Assessment is that our teachers will be able to see how our students are performing and use this information to inform their instruction.
